Dear Church Family,
As we turn the page on 2025, I am filled with a profound sense of anticipation. There is something powerful about the threshold of a New Year—it is a reminder that our God is a God of beginnings.
In Isaiah 43:19, the Lord declares:
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
Looking back at 2025, we have so much to be thankful for. We saw the Spirit move powerfully through the prayer groups across our congregation that have led to deepening spirituality. We saw seeds planted in our evangelistic meetings and a vibrant VBS this summer. Perhaps most inspiring was seeing so many of you step up to facilitate member-led Bible studies.
But I believe that was just the preparation for what is next.
This coming year, I want to invite you to dream with us. We are launching into 2026 not just to attend church, but to be the church in action:
This Sabbath, we launch our “Bible in a Year” journey. I challenge you to join us as we ground ourselves in His Word together—while reading the Bible from cover to cover in 2026.
Starting January 10, we are studying during Sabbath School, how to activate each of us as missionaries in our community.
We are preparing for a major Mission Trip to Thailand to take the Gospel further.
And honestly? There is so much more we don’t even know about yet. We are making space for God to surprise us.
I can’t wait to see you this Sabbath as we kick off the year together. Let’s make this a year where we expect great things.
Happy New Year!
